About the Founder
Protecting patients, technologists, and facilities through consistent, inspection-ready imaging practices.
Radiant Audit was founded with a clear purpose: to protect the integrity of imaging environments and the people within them.
With over six years of experience in radiologic technology, Erica Carrillo has worked in fast-paced clinical setting where precision, safety, and accountability are essential. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of both the strengths and the gaps within imaging workflows-- insight that now drives the mission behind Radiant Audit.
Imaging facilities play a critical role in patient care and community health. But when safety practices become inconsistent, documentation falls short, or workflows break down, the impact extends beyond compliance-- it affects patients, technologists, and the credibility of the entire operation.
Radiant Audit serves as a safeguard for facilities committed to doing things the right way.
We focus on strengthening the systems that support safe imaging-- ensuring that technologists are protected, standards are upheld, and operations remain consistent under real-world conditions.
This is not about checking boxes. It is about creating environments where safety, accountability, and performance are sustained every day.
Radiant Audit's approach is designed not only to improve compliance, but to reduce the operational and financial burden placed on facilities. By performing the heavy-lifting upfront-- evaluating workflows, correcting inefficiencies, and reinforcing consistent practices-- we help organizations avoid costly repeat imaging, regulatory findings, and workflow breakdowns.
Our goal is to establish sustainable systems that continue to perform long after the audit is complete. The result is stronger performance, fewer disruptions, and long-term cost savings across the organization.
Every client we work with is held to the same standard: consistency, integrity, and a commitment to doing things correctly-- every time.
